a 35mm/1.2? This would be a great addition for any Full frame camera that has Video Capability, The low light shooting at that aperture Would make it a contender for some of the top lenses available. Hope that the price would be very affordable (Wishing it wold be around $300).

Build quality isn't Samyang's strength. They're a hybrid metal-plastic body, with an interesting take on multi-coatings. The 85 does perform as well if not better than the Nikkor. This has been established by multiple reviews. Like Daikfuku, I have never tried the other lenses, but if the 85mm is any indicator of performance, then their other lenses may do just as well if not better than lenses 3-4 times more expensive.

I pretty much would settle for Holga quality, if it's cheap enough. Lenses with apertures around f/1.2 are a rare treat.

I don't know anything about the other lenses from Samyang, but I can tell you from my experience that their 85mm f1.4 matches that of Nikon's in terms of optical quality. That tells me it's a bargain, and far from overpriced. But what do I know, I spend most of my time shooting instead of analyzing the technical aspects of lenses :P
