Wish they would release 70-200mm f/2.8 with VC (and with better AF performance)...

Do you owe some to say such things ?
Some lenses are really interesting, like 60 & 90 macro, 17-50/2.8 (VC or not), 28-75, 70-200/2.8, 18-270 VC and 70-300.
Tamron's lenses are cheap but you really gets bang for your bucks !

Tamron sucks. Their lenses are boring, ugly and cheap-looking.

Now that they are updating their lenses to VC (like Sigma did last with their 70-300 OS non-HSM as well) they are still lacking in the HSM/SWM/USM department. Whenever that hits the street, Tamron becomes more interesting. Yes I read about the 60/2.0 macro to have a sort of silent motor, but reviews I read said it still squeaks a lot!
