One would normally assume this meant auto focus range finder.

But given the date - one can more than likely assume it stands for APRIL FOOLS Range Finder.

A bloody waste of time and really annoying to do it many days before.</description>

He could have at least made it more believable and said it was a Nikon :)</description>
