46.1MP Canon EOS 3D shows up on B&H website

A Canon EOS 3D entry showed up earlier today on B&H website (now removed). The camera was listed to have a 46.1MP sensor in a 1 series body, just like the rumors from the past few weeks.

As reported by PhotographyBay there seems to be several issues with this entry and the consensus is that this is probably a mistake or just a placeholder.
