Samsung is planning to release a new, next generation APS-C sensor for mirrorless cameras in 2014-2015. The above slide was taken from a recent Samsung Analyst Day presentation. The entire PDF file can be downloaded here. All of the latest Samsung NX mirrorless cameras released in the past few years had the same 20.3MP sensor:
