Nikkei: “Sony is soon going to release a cheap, mid-level mirrorless camera”

Yesterday the Japanese website Nikkei reported that Sony is soon going to release a new, cheap, mid-level mirrorless camera. This sounds pretty far from the previously "rumored" high-end APS-C E-mount model.

This is what we know so far about the upcoming Sony APS-C mirrorless camera (it is not much):

• A new Sony camera is registered in Asia
• Rumored Sony APS-C mirrorless camera specifications
• Sony will announce a new APS-C based mirrorless camera by the CP+ show
• Sony promised also more APS-C mirrorless lenses
