Nokishita just tweeted that the Fujifilm GFX 50S II medium format camera is already registered in Indonesia ahead of the official announcement on or around September 2nd:
As FujiAddict noted: "The Fujifilm GFX50S II is expected to be a GFX50S in a GFX100S body with IBIS and a modern processor, but it is still unclear if Fujifilm will get Sony to add PDAF to the sensor or if the sensor will be CDAF based with a modern Fujifilm processor providing improved performance."
