Cosina discontinued five Voigtlander lenses for Leica M and Sony E-mount

Cosina announced that it has discontinued the following five Voigtlander lenses:

Discontinued Voigtlander VM lenses for Leica M-mount

• Voigtlander ULTRON 21mm f/1.8 Aspherical (now $100 off)
• Voigtlander NOKTON Vintage Line 50mm f/1.5 Aspherical II Nickel (now $300 off)

The ULTRON 21mm f/1.8 Aspherical was announced back in 2012. The NOKTON Vintage Line 50mm f/1.5 was announced in 2020.

Discontinued Voigtlander SE lenses for Sony E-mount

• Voigtlander NOKTON 35mm f/1.2 Aspherical SE (now $300 off)
• Voigtlander NOKTON 40mm f/1.2 Aspherical SE (now $150 off)
• Voigtlander NOKTON 50mm f/1.2 Aspherical SE (now $150 off)

The three SE lenses were announced back in 2020 but I guess they did not sell well because they got discontinued just two years later.
