Diagram of new AF system from Sony
Rumor: this new AF system from Sony will be part of the new Alpha 7xx series. Here is what my source was able to recollect:
- 9 square AF marks
- all simple cross
- central double cross (like A 700 and A 900)
- 10 linear (not selectable or visible) AF assistant
- all sensors f/4 (yes, no f/5.6)
- central sensor f/2.8
