Update: the Tokina AT-X 24-70mm f/2.8 PRO FX lens is now officially announced.
The new Tokina AT-X 24-70mm f/2.8 PRO FX lens for DSLR cameras (Aspherical, IF, full frame) is already listed at B&H and is "coming soon". I believe the official announcement will be today or tomorrow for the CP+ show. Prototype of this lens were on display last year at the CP+ and Photokina shows:
