What to expect in early 2016?

Here is what to expect from the major camera/lens manufacturer in early 2016. Most of those announcements will be made during the CES (January) and CP+ (February) shows:

• Fuji X-Pro2
• Fuji X-E2S
• Fuji X70
• Fujifilm XF 140-400mm f/4-5.6 R LM OIS WR lens

• Panasonic Leica DG 100-400mm lens (see estimated dimensions)

• New Olympus PEN-F digital camera
• Olympus M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 300mm f/4 IS PRO lens

• New Sony FE lenses

• Probably nothing (there were some bogus NX2 rumors)

• New Leica X-U Typ 113 underwater camera and probably a new Leica Summicron-M 28mm f/2 ASPH lens

• Canon at 2016 CES

• Nikon D5, WT-6, SB-5000 and maybe more

• HD Pentax-D FA 70-200mm f/2.8ED DC AW lens (the Pentax K-1 full frame DSLR camera should be announced in Spring, 2016)
