Canon now has 6 new/upcoming/registered/rumored cameras *UPDATED*
Canon now has a total of five new/upcoming cameras registered online (there was only one new camera registered three weeks ago). Two of the new cameras are DSLRs, three are mirrorless and one conmpact. Here are the details:
- Canon registered a new DS126721 camera
- The Canon K436 and K437 will be new DSLR cameras while the K424, K433 and EC811 will be mirrorless
- K433, K436, K437 and EC811 will all have Bluetooth remote control function
- The battery of the K436 is the same as the Canon EOS 77D
- The battery of the K437 is the same as Canon EOS 5D Mark IV
Here is one possible scenario:
- K437 is the new EOS 7D Mark III
- K436 is the new EOS 80D Mark II
- EC811 is the new EOS M5 Mark II
Update#1 - additional information on the new DS126721 camera registration:
- Registered at Taiwan NCC
- Interchangeable lens camera (DSLR or full-frame mirrorless camera)
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth installed
- Battery: DC 7.2 V, 1800 mAh
- Charger: Input AC 100 - 240 V (50/60 Hz), Output DC 8.4 V 1.2 A
- Same radio parts as in the Kiss M camera (WM 600)
Update #2 - Canon also has one compact camera registered under the code PC2352 (this brings the total of expected cameras to 6):
