The Leica SL2 mirrorless camera has been rumored for a while and now and the first pictures just leaked online. No big surprises in terms of specifications:

• 47MP CMOS sensor
• New "CINE mode"
• 4k video
• Wi-Fi / Bluetooth
• Compatible with Leica FOTOS
• The official announcement is expected in September, but it could be postponed to October/November
• Model number: Leica 2998
• Code name: Vader
