The Olympus E-M1X MFT camera will be announced on January 24th and 43addict found some additional leaked details on the Chinese social media platform Weibo - here is an updated Olympus E-M1X camera rumored specifications recap:

• Body is going to have built-in power/battery grip
• Size is 144.4 x 146.77 x 75.35
• Improved stabilization with up to 7.5 EV stabilization
• The sensor is 20 MP (not global shutter)
• Three types of Hi-Resolution modes with one type being hand holdable
• USB chargeable
• Data transferable by air to a server
• Radio control of remote flash with a new flash coming and receiver for old flashes
• GPS
• Bluetooth
• Announcement: late January or maybe February 9
• Larger viewfinder
• Same batteries as E-M1
• Adaptive and expandable autofocus points
• Announcement: January 24th 2019
• Availability: February 2019
• Price is rumored to be around $3,000
• Twice faster than E-M1 Mark II
• 18 fps
• AI AutoFocus
• AF: Automatically adapts to the extended focus, for example: when the shooting target changes from one person to one car, the number of focus points will automatically expand. When shooting a basketball player, the camera will switch to a 5 vertical focus area points

• Same battery as E-M1 Mark II

Olympus will also release a new electronic flash (IM011), wireless commander (IM012) and a wireless receiver (IM013).

Olympus is also rumored to announce new lenses:

• Wide-angle zoom lens
• Tele zoom lens: 150-400mm f/4.5 or f/4 with a 1.2x TC
• New Olympus M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 17mm f/1.2 PRO lens is also expected - the rumored length is 68.2x87mm (without the lens hood)
