Notice of the Postponement of Announcement of Financial Results (Consolidated) for the Fiscal Year ended March 31, 2020
FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) would like to express our deepest sympathy to all those who lost loved ones and those affected by COVID-19.
Since it will take more time than we expected to close consolidated financial statements due to the spread of infection of COVID-19, the Company hereby announces that we have decided to postpone the announcement of financial results (consolidated) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020 to May 22, 2020, which was originally scheduled for May 13, 2020.
The impact of COVID-19 is also seen on sales of some products and services. The effect on the performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020 is currently under review and shall be notified as soon as we identified matters requiring disclosure.
