More leaks: first picture of the Sony a7c camera with 28-60mm lens with specifications and pricing
Here is the first leaked picture of the upcoming Sony a7c mirrorless camera with a 28-60mm lens attached and the rumored specifications with pricing (translated):
- FF body made for vloggers (as advertised), design similar to cheap A6600
- 24Mp old cheap sensor (same as in Panasonic S5, but with enabled Phase Detection sensors)
- Cheap very old tech 2.3Mdots EVF, bad optics
- 4K 24p and 4K 30p modes with small or no crop
- 4K 60p and 4K 50p with severe crop (1:1 sampling), prototype had it 100%, but Sony can decide to disable this mode
- IBIS is present
- Rear screen is fully articulating, but with reduced resolution, touch screen.
- Cheap case construction
- Overheating build in, lacks any heatspreader
- 3.5mm mike port and a headphone jack
- Ports prone to breaking (planned obsolescence)
