I already reported last week that Panasonic is preparing to announce new products. Nokishita now reports that Panasonic is rumored to announce a new 12-35mm f/2.8 MFT lens this week (model number: H-ES12035) that will replace the current version. The new lens will be priced at $897.
All "influencers" did not travel to Japan just for a lens, so something bigger should be coming this week.
Panasonic is rumored to announce a new Lumix S5 Mark II mirrorless camera and a new LiDAR focus technology for cameras (developed jointly with DJI).
