Carl Zeiss will announce a new Loxia 2.4/85 lens
The Zeiss teaser from yesterday is for a new Loxia 2.4/85 full frame lens (Sony-E mount). Here are the technical details:
- Based on an optimized design with ZEISS Sonnar
- Seven elements in seven groups
- Minimum focusing distance of 0.8m
- Manual focus ring rotation angle of 220°
- De-Click and EXIF electronic interface (transmits data to the camera
- The official announcement should be in the nest few days
- Shipping will start in mid-December 2016
- Price: 6199 zł
