BCN ranking published their top-selling cameras report for the month of June. The first 11 spots are all taken by Nikon and Canon (the first Sony camera is at the #15 spot, the first Fuji camera is at the #45 spot out of 50).
As far as I know, BCN collects sales data from approximately 2/3 of all Japanese retail stores.
Another interesting data is the Canon market share over the years (Canon has been at the #1 spot in the world market for 15 consecutive years):
The latest CIPA report (May) doesn't show any major changes.
