Both Sony and Panasonic have scheduled press conferences for January 7th ahead of the 2019 CES show in Las Vegas.

• Sony is rumored to start announcing 8k video related products. The long-rumored a6700 or a7000 APS-C mirrorless camera will be announced in 2019 as I already reported and not in 2018 as some have suggested. The Sony a7S III is also coming "but it will take time".
• Panasonic could announce their new S-line of full-frame mirrorless cameras.
