Pentax K-7: 100% waterproof, video AF?

Those supposedly are the statements from a photographer who claimed to have handled a real Pentax K-7. I think some of those are more science fiction than reality:

• The camera would not output live video feed through the HDMI port.
• K-7 is "real" waterproof - you can drop it entirely in water with no problem.
• K-7 material didn't feel like metal.
• AF works in video.
• Excellent, breathtaking video quality.
