Samsung pancake NX 20mm f/2 lens coming soon (busted)

Update: this is a PS job, rumor is busted.

According to this forum post the new Samsung pancake NX 20mm f/2 lens should be coming soon and it should look like this:

    It is clearly a fake.

    Standart filter diametr is 40.5(as in olympus micro4/3 kit zoom) not 40.

    Nubers position near red dot is very crude, far from being on one line.

    Please check such things more carefully next time.

      C’mon, you can’t say that! If you look at the 30mm image that it was taken from… the 30mm is printed the exact same way.

      Although it may indeed be a fake — it is possible that Samsung does not print using one line.. so the criticism against the moderator isn’t warranted. It seems Samsung needs better line-adjustment. ^^

    No, a 20mm f2 wont be that small if they don’t go down the path of doing extreme software corrections of barrel distortion. Fake.

      have you not seen the oly and panasonic sensors ? Samsung is not the same size as the 4/3 but still its proof of concept and this lens is not as fast as one of the ones i mentioned.

        I’m well aware of the size differences between m43 and APS-C. M43 lenses are smaller than the ones adapted for APS-C.
