Sony, Canon and Panasonic press events scheduled

Update: it seems that Panasonic will also have a press conference on August 26th, 2010.

First, Canon has scheduled a press event on 26th of August, 2010 (via CanonRumors):

Sony seems to have picked August 24th, 2010 as the date of their press event:

    so is olympus the only one left that hasn’t scheduled a date? i believe samsung is closer to photokina on 9/15…

      It’d/it’ll be quite interesting to see what they bring forth with an E-5 (if they do). Being ball-and-chained to those small sensors they really have to beef up every other area of the camera with wonderfulness, I would think. :)

    I guess “enter a new dimension” = 3D pics/video, right?
    Hope not. Hope “normal” high mp count, and high iso capabilities (such as: 32mp with decent 6400 iso?)
    I know, I’m a dreamer. But I’m not the only one…
