This is the Panasonic Lumix X 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 lens for Micro Four Thirds that will be announced this Friday. As previously mentioned, the lens has a motorized zoom controlled by a button on the lens:
According to digicame-info Panasonic will introduce new product(s) on August 26th. There is a good chance that this announcement will be about the new Lumix X PRO lenses.
