      So true. I wonder how durable the Scarlet will be when compared to something like a properly weather sealed Nikon D4 with proper Raw video capture? Just a thought

    Do I understand right, the Scarlet package will be available in summer about 5.000 USD?

      That’s the 8x zoom fixed lens 2/3″-sensor package with all the stuff he mentioned. Not the Scarlet he was holding in his hands. That scarlet is $2750 for the brain. Then you can add whatever optics and accessories you need.

    I wish they would stear clear of the military look and feel…. the insides (on paper) should be stunning… but they really need to get a good product designer on board…. not just for looks but ergonomics too.

    Still, I hope they pull it off… the specs are incredible, video wise.

      I just want them to FINALLY show something other than a CGI picture or empty plastic mock up :(
