Could the teased Olympus camera be…

The Phoblographer just noticed that the upcoming Olympus camera (at least what we can see of it) looks similar to the very first Olympus m4/3 prototype.

The two cams look almost, but not entirely, unlike each other!
Cool prototype: off-center hot shoe, off-center lens, no dials, no strap hook, horizontal band of faux leather. Rumor-camera: well, none of the above.

Oh, I forgot: there’s no neanderthal-hand in front of the beautiful prototype.

Uh what? They look nothing alike in any way shape or form.

The metal bezel? Yes, they are not exactly the same, but the E-P3 could be based on the original prototype, with same changes obviously.

I also don’t see how they are similar. Both have the lens and both have hot shoe. that’s the thing most cameras share between eachother ;)

This looks, to me, like a modified tobacco tin??? Doesn’t look remotely like a real camera at all to my eyes…

I agree with everyone here. It is rectangle… that’s it.
