I H8 SONY memory formats. If they again want one of their “features” to be loathed, they will include it. They think they are helping generate mass markets, but they are only developing bad will and get to be part of a joke before their product is even released. Customers must surely wonder if they are even consciously aware of this at the management level and who is the one saying “We can tolerate our customers hating us as long as we sell more MS memory cards.”

They will put SD and memory stick slots, in the usual fashion.
Man, that 16mm lens sure looks chunky.
Not a pocketable camera AT ALL!

You can say its a CHUNKY p&s or you can say its a very portable DSLR. But basically its in-between (and that sort of is the point).

If there exists a tiny, tiny 4/3s, I think it fair to have a nearly DSLR sized one, assuming the image quality justifies it. I’m thinking SONY can pull it off, if they keep going this route, which it looks like they are going to do.

No viewfinder. I’ve yet to see a camera without a viewfinder that has a bright enough lcd to compose in bright sunlight. Its just kind of point and hope.

Sony makes the LCD displays, maybe they will put a super-bright on on this camera.
