Canon announcement next week

At the beginning of next week Canon will make new product announcement(s) in the printer, camera and camcorder categories. I have no further details at that point.

    Canon coming out with yet another bells and whistles cookie cutter camera in a market getting more and more full with them? All while making a 2 or 3 year old camera in their line-up obsolete? No, not Canon. Let’s hope it’s something REALLY different and ground-shaking – because, this whole changing technology for the sake of changing technology (and sales) is starting to get a little tiring.

    Um, hate to break it to you, but you were totally wrong. They announced a wedding photography class – no new products. Even the CanonRumors website said they weren’t sure if it was going to be a new product or some other announcement, so maybe you shouldn’t have been so sure. . huh?
