Extremely tempting as an additional camera. Now all we need to know is when it comes to the US….

Does anyone else think the camera+lens doesn’t look as good with this new lens? I think it might be something about it having a smaller diameter, as so the lens mount ring is more visible…?

it is not that visible on the grey camera with grey lens, and probably on the other bodies with the grey lens a lot less as well.

I’ve been using the E-PL1 for nearly eight months as a everyday carry about & alternative to toting the larger dslr’s. Like all mechanical devices it has its limitations, however it excels at doing exactly what I bought it for. Personally I’ll wait to see if there’s an E-PL2 not far down the road.

If there’s still no E-PL2 by the time Fuji releases it’s x100 & the IF the Fuji gets favorable reviews then I’ll buy the X100. For anyone thinking of buying the E-PL1 don’t hesitate, it’s a great compact-ish camera that delivers astonishing results.

Wow that’s so cool, I hope they release it here in the U.S . soon. I’m looking for a smaller backup camera, this will also really serve as a great everyday walk around camera ready for action.
