SLR Magic to release new 25mm/35mm T0.95 lenses for Micro Four Thirds and Sony NEX cameras

SLR Magic plans to release a new 25mm T0.95 lens for Micro Four Thirds cameras and a new 35mm T0.95 lens for APS-C sized cameras (I assume for Sony NEX). The new lenses will be on the same quality level as the full frame SLR Magic HyperPrime 50mm T0.95 lens, which looks and performs very similar to the $11,000 Leica Noctilux - see also the sample images in this post:

SLR Magic products are also available for sale on eBay.

So it won’t be vaporware and failure like their current f/0.95 50mm prime?

      f 0.95 is T1.0 – 1.2
      so which one is it?

    Photozone recently did a review – http://www.photozone.de/sony_nex/732-slrmagic50t095

But this is for the cine version, which photozone claims is different from the SLR one. not sure it really is, would have to check the optical formula at least.

I get excited at first then I realize it’s really just another 50mm lens. If they made an FX 25mm f/0.95, then I’d be excited.

Nice….here’s hoping they introduce one of these for the X-Pro1…..

why? just shoot with f1.4, underexpose one stop, then auto adjust and add Gaussian blur in Photoshop. Same effect.
