want flange distance please
will either have a mic input for audio?
Are there any specs on the lenses? This system actually looks pretty interesting to me. I like the Micro 4/3rds idea, but would prefer a bigger 3/2 sensor like the Sony, rather than a smaller 4/3 sensor. If the Sony has a good wide-angle lens for this system, I’m buying one!
oh I found them in an earlier post. hope something wider than 16mm comes out.
From a business standpoint, yes Nikon and Canon probably cannot afford to not be a part of this new market (which I still don’t really see where the value of 4/3 is personally). I hope they’ll be smart about it and manage to make their mirrorless cameras compatible with their current lineup of lenses. That would definitely give them an edge over the already established players and easily make them appealing to those of us who already own Nikon/Canon lenses, and suddenly a new format would make a lot of sense because we’re only purchasing a cheaper, smaller, more portable camera for whatever purpose; all that while Samsung, Olympus, and Panasonic continue to invest in making specific lenses for this format which most of us DSLR users are not willing to invest.
