No Panasonic GH3 in 2011

Panasonic confirmed to Techradar that there will be no update to the GH2 model this year. It seems that the next Photokina show (that will take place in September, 2012) will be very important event for Panasonic.

Sony to releases a new firmware for A65 and A77

Fuji X100 now ships with new firmware v1.11

Some new Fuji X100 owners have reported that their cameras came with firmware version v1.11 (current official version is v1.10). There have been some talk in the past that another X100 firmware update is a possibility.

Sigma APO 50-150mm f/2.8 EX DC OS HSM lens to start shipping next month

According to an email from Sigma customer service to a reader, the APO 50-150mm f/2.8 EX DC OS HSM lens that was announced back in February will start shipping next month (October, 2011). No MSRP was given.
