  • Canon you can do better! You know you can!

    • 800mm f/2.8 DX VR

      7D mk 1.1

  • Troll Prozac

This isn’t a strong rumour. I’d not be surprised if things change.

  • Crippled

Please let it do better than crappy 8 bit video…..

  • Luigi

I’m not a Canon boy, but 10fps with 24MP images is really something.

Sony a77 has 24mp and does 12fps with continuous autofocus. Sony 1 – 0 Canon.

      • Luigi

Yeah, but that’s a SLT… If this it’s true, this will be the firts D-SLR capable of shutting at that speed in the $2000 range!!

  • Warpig

A Canon with ergonomics? and for humans? that’s something.

  • Greger

Canon finally got their sh*t together and decided to buy sensors from Sony. Congratulations.

    • Deeso

Are you sure that’s a Sony sensor?. Sony APS-C sensors have a different crop factor.

  • Mike

So that means a Nikon 24 APS-C, high fps camera is in the way too. Nikon and Canon have an interesting history of coincidently releasing cameras with similar spec for a similar market segment.
