Rokinon announced two new mirrorless lenses – 50mm f/1.2 and 21mm f/1.4 that will be available in Canon EF-M, Fujifilm X, Micro Four Thirds and Sony E mounts. I have been reporting rumors for the 50mm f/1.2 lens since 2013. Here are the detailed specifications (check pricing and availability at B&H):
Canon is rumored to be working on an new EF 24-70mm f/2.8L IS lens with image stabilization. This should not be a surprise since Nikon recently announced a new Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8E lens with VR. Pentax has a new website (teaser?) that simply says: Full Frame Pentax 2016 Spring Debut. When Pentax announced their plans for a new full frame DSLR camera earlier this year, the shipping was supposed to start by the end of 2015. No additional information was released – we still don’t know the camera’s specs and model name. Via DCWatch
