The new L-mount lenses recently announced by Sigma are basically the original DSLR lenses with a built-in L-mount adapter. At the CP+ show Sigma confirmed in an interview that the first “real” native Sigma L-mount mirrorless lenses are expected in late 2019:
CanonRumors reports that a new Canon RF 14-21mm f/1.4L USM mirrorless lens will be announced next year (2020). Last year CanonNews already reported that a patent for a Canon RF 14-21mm f/1.4 lens already exists (US patent application 20180314060):
