Canon rumored to announce two new super-telephoto lenses: RF 800mm f/5.6 L IS USM and RF 1200mm f/8 L IS USM

Canon is rumored to announce two new super-telephoto lenses:

  • Canon RF 800mm f/5.6 L IS USM
  • Canon RF 1200mm f/8 L IS USM

Both new lenses have already been added to online retailers which indicates that the official announcement will be in the next few days. The lenses have also been listed on the latest Canon lens roadmap:

I completely believe this report/rumor becuase Nikon is also rumored to announce their new Nikkor Z 800mm f/6.3 mirrorless lens:
