Insta360 will announce a new X3 360-degree action camera on September 8th

The Insta360 teaser I reported a few days ago is for a new Insta360 X3 360-degree action camera (replacement for the Insta360 X2 model). Here is what we know so far:

  • 72MP combined resolution
  • 360-degree video mode with 5.7K resolution
  • 4K videos in single camera operation
  • New larger display: 2.29 inches (5.82 cm)
  • Additional buttons
  • 50% faster WLAN data transfer
  • Price: 539.99 euros
