From SonyAddict - a new Sony ZV-E20 camera is rumored to be announced before the end of 2023:

"An accessory maker recently published an upcoming list of products and they very clearly listed that a Sony ZV-E20 accessory will be coming in September/October. This is not a typo because they also intend to release Sony ZV-E1 and Sony ZV-E10 accessories around the same time. So we should expect to see an announcement before or in September/October."
