Topaz Gigapixel 7.3.1 released: better colors, better crop, better results

Topaz Labs released Gigapixel version 7.3.1. Here is what's new:

Recovery Regeneration

The recently released Recovery model is extremely powerful, but also more generative than our other models - which sometimes produces undesired results.

In this version of Gigapixel, you can re-generate the image you get from the Recovery model to create new variations of your original image and get the best output possible. Never tried Recovery before? You should! While the Recovery model is slower than the other upscaling models, the results are truly stunning, and can be worth the wait. In our previous release, we also launched a version of Recovery (Speed mode) that is 20x faster ... so check that out too!

Export with Custom Color Profiles

We know that color accuracy matters to you - and we've made great strides towards improving colors throughout the app. In this version of Gigapixel, you can now add your own custom color profiles when using the export panel, and even make them the default export option if you so desire. Want to remove a profile from the list? No problem - open the directory and delete it, then restart the app.

Snapping Crop Rotation

This version of Gigapixel allowing you to snap the crop rotation in precise 15-degree increments instead of freely rotating all the time. Simply hold the SHIFT key to snap, and release to rotate freely. We are going to continue to make Gigapixel easier to use to get your precise desired dimensions, and this is just the start.

Join the Light Side

Why should Photo AI have all the fun? Light mode is now here for Gigapixel, improving accessibility and giving your eyes a much needed break. Also, it just looks great. You can even set Gigapixel to "System Color" and have it dynamically switch between light and dark mode based on the time of day just like your operating system does. Nifty.
