Light Lens Lab 28mm f/2.8 “Nine Element” lens for Leica M-mount now available



The previously reported Light Lens Lab 28mm f/2.8 "Nine Element" lens for Leica M-mount is now officially announced and available for order at LLL and PopFlash. The intro price will be $799 for Chrome and $849 for Black Paint. The initial special price period will last until September 10, 2024, after that the price will resume to normal MSRP. Shipping will start on September 30, 2024.

  • New made in-house elements infused with fluorite elements. An extra-low dispersion (ED) glass element improves edge-to-edge rendering performance, dispersion, and distortion.
  • Optimized for digital sensors, elimination of red-fringing phenomenon that occurred on the original Nine Element.
  • The lens retains the classic body aesthetic, with a classic focus tab and infinity lock. The lens, it is now made with brass alloy construction.
  • Lenses are made by hand and assembled in limited quantities at the highest quality control and tolerance.
