Additional information on the upcoming Viltrox AF 35mm f/1.2 LAB lens for Sony E and Nikon Z cameras

On the day Nikon announced their new Nikkor  Z 35mm f/1.2 lens, we got some more details on the upcoming Viltrox AF 35mm f/1.2 LAB lens for Sony E and Nikon Z cameras:

  • Viltrox's first full-frame autofocus f/1.2 lens
  • Unveiling at the CP+ show in Japan
  • Official release expected at the NAB show in April
  • For Sony E and Nikon Z mount
  • The lens will be lighter than the Nikon Z 35mm f/1.2 lens (under 1060g)
  • The price is rumored to be only a quarter of the Nikon Z 35mm f/1.2 lens (around $700)
