Canon PowerShot V1 camera hands-on report and sample photos

Optyczne published their hands-on report of the new Canon PowerShot V1 compact camera with many sample photos - see the full post here:

"In terms of usability, the V1 works like a simple Canon mirrorless camera. There could be a few more control elements, but with the help of the touch screen, most settings can be changed quickly and efficiently. The autofocus is also fast and efficient, working instantly and has no problem recognizing people and their faces or eyes even in wide frames."

The Canon PowerShot V1 camera will be officially released in the US later this year - it is already listed at B&H Photo as "coming soon":
