There is a discussion on Reddit that displays old pictures of existing S1 camera models and claims to be the upcoming S1IIE. A simple Google search will show that all those pictures are currently available on the official Panasoinic website. There is another S1IIE specs leak on Reddit from Panasonic Brazil that is actually plausible:
