BCN Ranking published the latest camera market share for Japan for the first six months of 2023:

Mirrorless cameras:

  1. Sony: 32.9%
  2. Canon

Fixed lens digital cameras:

  1. Canon: 24.2%
  2. Sony

Digital video cameras:

  1. Sony: 45.1%
  2. Panasonic

Interchangeable lenses:

  1. Sigma: 15.9%
  2. Tamron: 15.8%
