Leica M11-P announced: the world’s first camera with Content Authentication (plus a new Summicron-M 28mm f/2 ASPH lens)




Today Leica officially announced the previously rumored M11-P camera together with a new Summicron-M 28mm f/2 ASPH lens. The M11-P is the world’s first camera to feature technology compliant with both the Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) and the C2PA standard - see how this works.

Pre-orders are already open at B&H Photo: the M11-P is $9,195and the newSummicron-M is $5,295.

Upgrades for the M11-P include:

  • Removal of the red dot Leica logo on the front of the camera
  • Engraved Leica script on the top cover
  • Dark chrome viewfinder
  • Sapphire glass on the rear display for improved durability and scratch resistance
  • An upgrade to 256GB of internal storage (up from 64GB)
