The upcoming Olympus 12-40mm f/2.8 lens will be priced slightly higher than the existing Panasonic 12-35mm f/2.8 lens that currently sells for over $1,100. The announcement is on September 10th.
Olympus is also rumored to release another MFT zoom lens: 40-150mm f/2.8. The official announcement could come as soon as September, but most likely will be made in October. The new zoom lens is expected to be available in stores in November.
