Olympus has a new 3D stacked 16MP CMOS image sensor with global shutter

Back in June Olympus presented a new 3D stacked 16MP CMOS image sensor with global shutter that will most likely be used in the next MFT camera. Here is a comparison of the technical parameters between the new and previous sensor:
