The Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 lens is now announced together with two new teleconverters. The US price is $1,399 (pre-orders: B&H | Adorama). Tamron announced a new SP 90mm f/2.8 Di Macro 1:1 USD lens (model F017) for Sony A-mount and a corresponding TAP-in console. The US pricing is $649, shipping will start on August 25th (the Nikon and Canon versions of this lens are already available). Here are the lens specifications:
In addition to the 20mm f/2 Di VC USD, Tamron recently also filed a patent for a 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5 DiII VC USD zoom lens. The patent contains calculations for a 9-18mm f/3.5-4.5 DiII VC USD lens as well.
