Megadap will soon announce a new ETZ21 Pro+ lens adapter with added support for the Sony LA-EA5 A-mount to E-mount adapter.
So far, the electronic adapters have not been very successful at nesting. One theory is that they don't distribute the voltage correctly. But apparently, the makers of the ETZ optimized it specifically for the LA-EA5. In short, it is possible to finally use Minolta AF, Sony SAL lenses from 1985 on Nikon Z-mount cameras.
Megadap isn't the first brand to do this. Boroyoza (or Boryoza) is said to have implemented LA-EA5 support in a previous firmware update (they first made the FujiX-Z adapter), but they don't seem to have an official website or officially sell outside of China (you can find them on eBay).
Megadap adapters are sold at B&H Photo.
