Panasonic registered a new camera in China under the model P2306A – they now have a total of four registered and not yet announced cameras:
The new Panasonic Lumix S1R II is probably one of the cameras listed above, so three new models are yet to come.
Panasonic also recently confirmed that they will introduce new fixed-lens camera(s):
Kase Optics displayed a new 85mm f/1.4 lens for Sony E and Nikon Z mount at the 2025 CP+ show in Japan:

Update: the second prototype is from a company called Realme – the interchangeable lens concept phone is also called Ultra (hence the confusion). The phone has a 1″ sensor. The kit shown includes two lenses, a 73mm f/1.4 (equivalent) and a 234mm f/1.5 (equivalent).
